The Journey · Three Phases

Rollout Plan.
Funnel sells. You deliver. Then upsell.

A campaign launches and the website funnel closes the front-end sale for you. By the time you meet the client, they've already put money down on a done-for-you package. The plan below covers the three phases — from automatic sale to long-term account management.

Cash up front
Revenue collected before delivery
No closer needed
The funnel makes the sale
Less ad spend
Front end pays for itself
Easy delivery
Acquisity handles most of it

The journey

Three phases. One client lifecycle.

Phase 01Phase 1 · Pre-call

Automatic Client

  • → Paid ad runs against business owners who want a done-for-you presence
  • → Website funnel closes the front-end sale — no call, no closer required
  • → Customer pays for the bundled package: DFY Website, Branding & Logo, AI SEO, App Build, AI Receptionist
  • → Intake form drives the build; Acquisity ships the assets
  • → You receive a brief: what they bought, what was delivered, and how
Phase 02Phase 2 · First call

Onboard & Upgrade

  • → Open as the owner and their direct point of contact
  • → Confirm what was delivered (it's in your brief) and set the relationship
  • → Technical partners handle the back end — you handle clarity and goals
  • → Treat the onboarding call as an upgrade moment — move them into a bigger package right here if it fits
  • → Never guess on technical questions: “Great question — my partners handle the technical side. I'll have an answer for you by [date].”
Phase 03Phase 3 · Ongoing

Upsell & Maximise LTV

  • → Not sure what app to build / how to launch it → DFY App Build (~$5K)
  • → Doesn't want to maintain the website → Website maintenance ($200–$500/mo)
  • → Doesn't want to do AI SEO upkeep → AI SEO upkeep ($200–$500/mo)
  • → Wants more leads or revenue → DFY Lead Generation
  • → Bonus: offer a Prime corporate-services advisory call — entity, structure & tax
Phase 04Bonus partner

Prime Corporate Services

  • → An easy bonus for any client — exclusive Acquisity partner
  • → Prime handles: corporate setup, structure optimisation, RSA, LLC formation & renewals, tax advisory & structuring
  • → Frame: “As a bonus, I'll set you up with our corporate team — entity, registered agent, tax setup — so you're protected and keeping more of what you earn.”
  • → Internal: 30% revenue share on everything the client buys through Prime — for the life of the client
  • → Upsell rates are high on any qualified buyers you send them

Bottom line

Account management is clarity + confidence. Tell them where things are, what happens next, and when you'll report back — then sell the next thing. Don't let them order you around, and don't over-promise. They're already a client. Make it simple, keep it moving.
